Our commitment
The safety and wellbeing of every young person comes first. All mentoring follows recognised safeguarding good practice for adults working with minors, and parents are involved from the very first conversation.
How contact works
The parent is always the default point of contact. This website offers no teen accounts, no direct teen messaging and no public teen community. Any direct work with a teenager begins only after a parent conversation and a relaxed introduction.
Scope of our role
Mentoring is educational and spiritual in nature and is not a substitute for professional mental-health or medical support. Where a young person needs specialist help, we will say so clearly and signpost appropriately.
