The service
Aleh provides educational and spiritual mentoring — chizuk — for Jewish teenagers and adults, through live group programmes and private mentoring.
Not therapy or medical care
Mentoring is educational and spiritual in nature and is not a substitute for professional mental-health or medical support. If you or your child need clinical, psychological or psychiatric care, please contact an appropriate qualified professional.
Introductory calls
The introductory call is free and carries no obligation. Booking a call does not guarantee acceptance into a programme; fit is assessed together during and after the conversation.
Programmes
Programme formats, schedules and fees are explained clearly during the introductory process and agreed before any commitment is made.
